Ingredients
3 cup all purpose flour
1 pack of dry yeast
1/4 warm water
1 cup of raisin
1/4 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of milk ( I used vanilla soy milk for extra flavor)
1/4 cup of unsalted butter
1 tsp of salt
2 beaten eggs
Methods
- Mix 1 pack of yeast with warm water and set aside
- Mix sugar, salt, butter and milk until the sugar is dissolve. Then add in raisin.
- Add in flour, eggs and yeast and mix it well until it form into a dough.
- Knead for 10 minutes.
- Cover with clean cloth and let it rise for 1.5 hours
- Divide into 2 potion.
- Grease the baking pan and place the dough evenly on the pan. Cover with clean cloth and let it sit for another 1 hour. (2nd method : Roll the dough into a long strips and roll into a circle and place it on a greased pan.
- Bake at 375 F for 20 or until it turn brown. Cover the pans with aluminium foil and let it bake for another 10 minutes.
- Let it cool and ready to serve.
