Chicken in Peanut Sauce from Ayara Thai

This is a long overdue post. Few months ago my friend sent me this awesome peanut sauce from Ayara Thai. I made this chicken with peanut sauce and surprisingly it turned out pretty well. Hope you will like it.

Ingredients
2 to 3 chicken breast cut into cubes
4 cloves garlic ( finely chopped)
3 medium size carrot ( cut into wedges)
A bottle of Ayara Thai Peanut sauce
3 tbsp of oil
A stalk of spring onion ( finely chopped)
1 red pepper ( cut into strips)
1/2 cup to 1 cup of water
Salt and sugar for taste

Methods

  1. Marinate the chicken cut with 4 tbsp of Ayara Thai peanut sauce. (about 1 hour)
  2. Heat up oil in the wok/skillet.
  3. Stir fry garlic for 1 to 2 minutes. Add in the chicken and stir fry until the chicken is slightly browned.
  4. Add in the carrot and the remaining peanut sauce.
  5. Turn heat to medium and add in water and let it simmer until the sauce dry out till your liking.
  6. Add salt and sugar for taste. Sprinkle some spring onion and chilli pepper and give it a quick stir.
  7. Ready to serve with steam white rice.
