Ingredients
4 fish fillet (tilapia) skinless
6 tbsp Albers Yellow Corn Meal
2 tbsp New Orleans Style Fish Fry
Pinch of salt
Enough oil for frying
A small pack of french fries ( follow the instruction of the package)
Methods
- Clean and pat dry fish. Sprinkle some salt on both side of the fish. Set aside.
- In a plate, mix corn meal and fish fry together.
- Coat the fish fillets with the mixture on both side.
- Fry in high heat till it is golden.
- For the french fries, follow the instructions of the package.
Arrange 2 fish fillets and some french fries in a plate. Ready to serve.
Note: You can use the same method on other seafood like shrimps and scallops. It is still as good as the fish.
