Ingredients
A bunch of asparagus (trimmed and cut into size of 2 inch)
4 cloves of garlic (chopped)
1/2 red bell pepper (sliced into 2 inch strips)
2 medium size portabella mushrooms (sliced)
2 tbsp oil
4 tsp oyster sauce
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp shao hsing wine
1 tsp rice vinegar
2-3 tbsp water
salt and pepper for taste
Method
- Heat oil in the pan. Once it is hot, stir fry the garlic for a minute or two.
- Put in the red bell pepper, portabella mushrooms and asparagus and continue to stir fry for another 3 to 5 mins. Add in water if you needed to.
- Put in oyster sauce, soy sauce, shao hsing wine, and rice vinegar and continue to stir fry until everything is consistent. Add in salt and pepper for taste.
- Ready to serve with a bowl of white rice.
