Ingredients
1 cucumber thinly sliced
2 cup of Pineapple chunks
1 medium size carrot thinly sliced
1 small onion thinly sliced
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar / white vinegar
1/2 cup water
3 tbsp sugar
1/3 tsp salt
Methods
- Heat up water in the pot. Dissolve sugar and salt. Add in vinegar and let it cook for a minute or two.
- On a different bowl, mix, the sliced cucumber, pineapples, carrot and onion.
- Pour the sugar, salt and vinegar mixture over the top. Give it a few toss.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve. ( about an hour or two)
**If need a little heat, you can add in a small red chilli pepper (thinly sliced)
