This is a super easy recipe. Stir Fry Choy Sum with Garlic. It's easy and healthy. It takes about 10 to 15 mins to make. This is perfect for my busy schedule since I started to work 7 months ago. I hope you will like it.
Ingredients
A bunch of choy sum
3 cloves of garlic ( smashed)
1 tbsp oil
pinch of salt
1 tbsp of oyster sauce
2 tbsp of water
Methods
- Heat up wok with 1 tbsp of oil.
- Stir fry garlic for 30 secs to 1 minute or until its slightly brown.
- Add in Choy Sum and stir fry for 3 to 5 minutes. Add in water if you need it.
- Add in the oyster sauce and stir fry for few more seconds.
- Ready to serve
